International shipping
For other countries and areas, international shipping using Register Air mail service is available and it is included in the price of your watch (order). International shipping is highly recommended for most countries and regions. Once we ship your package, we will send you the tracking number once it is available. You can expect delivery time of 7-14 working days.

Due to incidences of fraud, the shipping address must be the same as the billing address. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address other than the billing address, please leave your phone number and a note in the comment box with your order and our sales staff will contact you for further verification before shipping your order

Shipping Time and Schedule

The shipping time varies depending on your shipping destination. Please note that Business Days excludes weekends and holidays.

It can take up to 72 hours before your order is shipped out. This is to allow our staff to verify the information for the order information is correct and confirmed. Once your order has been verified and confirmed, the order will be sent to our packaging and shipping department and shipped to you. If you are located in the U.S., your package will be shipped by your local post office, the United States Postal Service (USPS) registered. If you reside in any other country, your package will be delivered by your local post office. You will be required to sign for the package.

All products shipped within the USA take 5-10 business days to arrive. International orders are shipped via International EMS Express which can take 7-14 business days to arrive depending on where you live.

Shipping Restrictions
