Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem, without you having to send anything back.
All items (Shoes) sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Used worn or soiled items will be returned to the customer, without evaluation at customer's expense. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation (USPS), UPS, EMS or Federal Express. we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you. Once we receive the item back, we will ship your requested exchange item back to you without charging any additional shipping fees. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days to complete your return or exchange.
We will accept exchanges for a wrong size or color which is only caused by us within 10 days of the original invoice date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you. We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Order Cancellation Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched, for we process all orders within 24-48 hours after orders are placed, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. If we have shipped your item, then we cannot cancel your order. If your order is under packaging, we need to charge you $20 for re-stocking fee from your payment if you insist on cancellation.
